About The VISION - Part 1
Being a man of vision and always sensitive to the move of God's Spirit, Bishop declared that this ministry would plant churches from day one. Therefore, he always kept before the people the vision of having "One Church in Multiple Locations." However, he had no idea where God would lead them to establish those locations.
In 2005...
In 2005, he and his wife began praying about where God would have them to plant churches. Well, after much prayer, fasting and seeking wise counsel from their Spiritual Parents, in 2006, God called Bishop and Minister Crystal to plant churches in Charlotte, North Carolina. Having obeyed the voice of God, he and his family sold their home in York, Pennsylvania and by the grace of God, built a new home and relocated to the Charlotte, NC area in June 2007.
Like Abraham
Like Abraham, he obeyed the voice of God and moved to a place where God promised to use him to be a blessing and to bless him, but a place where they really didn't know anyone. Well, since then they, like Isaac, have begun digging the wells for the best water, knowing that Rehoboth is just around the corner. They know that God is making room for them in Charlotte, NC.
They are using the model of Jesus...
They are using the model that Jesus used in calling the twelve disciples to him and pouring into them the Word of God and the Vision for ministry. They are weekly with much diligence developing a core group of believers of like precious faith. They meet every Wednesday evening for 90 minutes for the SCHOOL OF FAITH, as they teach Biblical principles on how to develop the God Kind of Faith, they pray for, and they fellowship with and encourage that core group in the Lord. As they follow the pattern of Jesus they know that it is out of this core group that God is going to use them to reach Charlotte and ultimately the world for Jesus Christ!
